They are the smallest of birds, weighing only a few grams. They capture the imagination of all,
with minute, delicate features and seemingly

White-throated Magpie-Jays are close relatives to the crows (Family Corvidae), and very intelligent,
as birds go. This bird was rescued as a chick and raised by the staff at Estación Biológica, and was released as soon as he could
take care of himself. He

The upperparts of this fledgling White-throated Magpie-Jay are mostly gray, unlike the bold

The White-throated Magpie-Jays are members of the family Corvidae, the same as the crows,
and they can be equally as bold and intelligent as them.
